Accents of Nature Landscaping, located in beautiful Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a talented and motivated landscape designer/salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with prospective clients, listen to their vision and requirements, and create customized landscape designs and proposals for both residential and commercial projects.
You will utilize your expertise with various design software such as Vectorworks, Dynascape, and hand drafting to bring clients’ outdoor spaces to life. The ideal candidate will lead projects from initial concept through completed installation, working closely with our maintenance team to ensure long-lasting results.
Responsibilities:
– Consult with clients and develop landscape design concepts
– Create detailed designs, renderings, and cost estimates
– Present proposals and close sales
– Oversee installation projects, direct work crews, and problem-solve site challenges
– Ensure excellent customer service and encourage maintenance/upkeep of installed projects
– Utilize Vectorworks, Dynascape, hand drafting, and other programs proficiently
Requirements:
– Degree in landscape design, architecture, or related field
– 3+ years experience in residential and commercial landscape design
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Valid driver’s license
We provide a competitive salary starting at $40,000 base pay, plus commission on sales. Additional benefits include 401(k), company vehicle, paid time off, and year-round employment.
